Cypress marble company sues West U. business over services
A marble company in Cypress is suing a West U. business over stone countertops and stone surfaces.
Bolfing Brothers Marble, in Cypress, filed a lawsuit on Feb. 17 in the Harris County District Court against Kliebert Development, of West U., South Hampton Homes, and Adam and Alexander Kliebert, alleging breach of contract and misapplication of trust funds.
The plaintiff says that it entered into agreement with the defendants to deliver and assemble stone countertops, repair stone surfaces and fabricate stone table tops. According to the brief, the defendants breached this contract by failing to pay for the services and materials provided by the plaintiff.
Bolfing Brothers Marble is seeking the foreclosure of the lien against the defendants, statutory damages, attorney’s fees and court costs. It is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Craig Welscher.
