HS girls softball: Cy-Creek routs Cy-Ridge

Cy-Creek crushed Cy-Ridge 11-2 in District 17-5A girls softball action on Friday.

Baile Anderson picked up the win for the Cougars, striking out five batters in the process.

The win ups Cy-Creek to 1-1 on the season and 1-0 in district play.

Cy-Creek will next host Cy-Lakes on Tuesday at noon.

The loss drops Cy-Ridge to 0-1 overall and 0-1 in district play.

Denise Delsignore took the loss.

Cy-Ridge will next visit Cy-Fair on Tuesday at noon.
