Cy-Springs alum Nicoya Jackson hits double figures in Florida Gulf Coast victory
Cy-Springs High School graduate Nicoya Jackson scored 10 points and grabbed four rebounds to help Florida Gulf Coast defeat Campbell, 60-51 Saturday.
Jackson, a junior forward, averages 6.1 points per game and two rebounds per game.
At Cy-Springs, Jackson earned Newcomer of the Year in 2006. She was named first team All-District, All-Region and All-Conference on two occasions.
Born Dec. 29, 1989, Jackson is the daughter of Tracey Jackson and is a criminal justice major.
