HS girls softball: Cy-Fair destroys Cypress Ridge
Cy-Fair routed Cypress Ridge 14-0 in District 17-5A high school girls softball action on Tuesday.
Amanda Fulkerson went 2-3 with a triple and five RBI to lead the Bobcats to victory.
The win ups Cy-Fair to 5-1 overall and 2-0 in district play.
Laura Driskill picked up the win with three strikeouts in three innings of work.
Cy-Fair will next host Fort Bend Clements on Thursday at noon.
The loss drops Cypress Ridge to 1-3 overall and 0-2 in district play.
Denise Delsignore took the loss.
Cypress Ridge will next host Cypress Ranch on Friday at noon.
