HS girls softball: Cypress Creek tops Cypress Lakes
Cypress Creek topped Cypress Lakes 7-5 in District 17-5A high school girls softball action on Tuesday.
The win ups Cypress Creek to 2-1 overall and 2-0 in district play.
Ballie Anderson picked up the win for the Cougars.
Cypress Creek will next host Baytown Lee on Thursday at 3 p.m., at the Klein ISD Tournament.
The loss drops Cypress Lakes to 1-2 overall and 1-1 in district play.
Lauren Fairman took the loss.
Cypress Lakes will next host Cy-Fair on Friday at noon.
