HS girls soccer: Cy-Fair shuts out Cypress Woods
Cy-Fair registered a 5-0 shutout win over Cypress Woods in District 17-5A high school girls soccer action on Tuesday.
Lynsey Curry and Hannah Dauzat each scored two goals to lead the Bobcats over the Wildcats.
The win ups Cy-Fair to 9-1-3 overall and 5-0-1 in district play.
Mallory Majewski was stellar in net, allowing no goals to get past.
Cy-Fair will next host Cypress Lakes on Friday at 5 p.m.
The loss drops Cypress Woods to 2-8-0 overall and 1-2-0 in district play.
Cypress Woods will next host Cypress Ridge on Friday at 7 p.m.
