Cy-Fair man charged with fifth DWI
A Cy-Fair man is in jail after Harris County Sheriff's deputies arrested and
charged him with his fifth instance of driving while intoxicated.
Jesse Lopez, 35, of the 8100 block of Town Creek Drive, is charged with
felony DWI.
The alleged offense took place on Wednesday, according to a criminal
complaint filed in Harris County Court.
The complaint says Lopez was previously convicted of DWI in December 1998,
February 1999, December 1999, and August 2004. The last two convictions were
on felony charges.
Online court records show that Lopez is being held without bond.
