HS girls soccer: Cy-Woods shuts out Cy-Ridge
Cy-Woods registered a 5-0 shutout win over Summer Creek in District 17-5A high school girls soccer action on Friday.
Isabela Carrasco kicked in two goals to lead the Wildcats over the Rams.
The win ups Cy-Woods to 4-8-0 on the season and 3-2-0 in district play.
Susan Roberts, Ashley Coil and Nicole Maddingly all scored in the victory.
Cy-Woods will next visit Cy-Springs on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
The loss drops Cy-Ridge to 3-4-1 overall and 2-4-1 in district play.
Cy-Ridge will next visit Cy-Fair on Friday at 7 p.m.
