HS girls soccer: Cy-Fair shuts out Jersey Village
Cy-Fair registered a 1-0 shutout win over Langham Creek in District 17-5A high school girls soccer action on Tuesday.
Lynsey Curry scored the only goal in the game.
The win ups Cy-Fair to 13-1-3 overall and 9-0-1 in district play.
Goaltender Mallory Majewski was perfect in net, stopping all shots that came her way.
Cy-Fair will next visit Langham Creek on Friday at 5 p.m.
The loss drops Jersey Village to 8-5-0 overall and 7-3-0 in district play.
Jersey Village will next host Cy-Ridge on Friday at 7 p.m.
