Cy-Fair ISD seeks contractor for drinking fountains, plumbing

The Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District is accepting bids until March 23 for a contract to install and maintain drinking fountains and plumbing.

If awarded, the contract is in effect April 11 until June 1, 2012, with options to renew until 2014.

A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Thursday, March 10, at 2 p.m. at the Windfern Administrative Annex, 12510 Windfern Road.

The district bases its choice of bid on price, overall quality and value, suitability, the probability of continuous availability, service and delivery capabilities, warranty history and contractor qualifications.
