Jersey Village HS debuting "Girl with a Pearl Earring"

The drama department of Jersey Village High School, the JV Players, is bringing the play "Girl with a Pearl Earring" to the Cy-Fair area. The play runs from Jan. 15-16 and Jan. 21-23 at 7:30 p.m.

Originally known as a painting by one of the Dutch masters, Johannes Vermeer, Girl with the Pearl Earring inspired a best selling novel, a film, and a play. The play premiered in 2008 at the Cambridge Theater in England, and will now be brought to the United States for the first time by the JV Players.
