HS girls soccer: Cy Creek shuts out Jersey Village
Cy Creek registered a 5-0 win over Jersey Village in District 17-5A high school girls soccer action on Tuesday.
Sarah LaLanne scored two goals to lead her team to victory.
The win ups Cy Creek to 14-6-1 overall and 10-1-1 in district play.
Ashley McFarland, Stephania Vazquez and Abby Buck also scored in the win.
Cy Creek will next host Cy-Fair on Friday at 7 p.m.
The loss drops Jersey Village to 9-6-0 overall and 8-4-0 in district play.
Jersey Village will next visit Cy Woods on Friday at 5 p.m.
