HS girls softball preview: Cy Falls vs. Jersey Village

Cy Falls will battle Jersey Village in girls softball action on Friday.

"We have to be prepared to play well in every game, so must take Cy-Falls very seriously," said Jersey Village HC Bruce Beets. "If we think just showing up will get the job done, we will get into trouble. The 'X-Factor' right now for us is to reatain our momentum."

Game time is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Cy Falls.
                       
Cy Falls has a 1-13-0 record on the season and is 1-6-0 in district play. On Tuesday, Cy Falls lost to Cy Ranch, 14-0.    

Jersey Village is 10-9-0 on the year and 5-3-0 in district. On Tuesday, Jersey Village lost to Cy-Fair, 13-4, as Taylor Guidry scored two runs.
                       
After Friday’s game, Cy Falls next plays Cy Woods on Tuesday.

Jersey Village next plays Cy Springs on Tuesday.
