Cy-Fair company sues over Spring Valley business over services, materials
A Spring Valley company is being sued over claims that it breached a contract by refusing to pay for materials and services.
Diversified Thermal Inc., of Cy-Fair, filed a lawsuit on March 24 in the Harris County District Court against Spring Valley’s Allco LLC, alleging breach of contract.
The plaintiff says that it contracted to provide Allco certain labor and materials in the amount of $8,717.50. According to the brief, Allco knew it had to pay for the services and materials it accepted, but has failed to do so.
Diversified Thermal is seeking all damages to which it is entitled, attorney’s fees and court costs. It is being represented in the case by League City attorney Richard Fulton.
