Cypress residents sued over Spring church fire alarm
An Aldine company is suing to recover costs for repairing a fire alarm system in Spring.
Red Hawk Industries, of Aldine, filed a lawsuit on March 25 against Century Builders, Century Bros., Cypress resident Brady Eggleston, Magnolia resident Dustin Eggleston and Clinton Eggleston of Cypress, alleging breach of contract.
Red Hawk says that in April 2009, it was hired by Century Builders to repair Fallbrook Baptist Church’s fire alarm system, located at 12512 Walters Road in Spring, in time for Easter services. According to the brief, the balance due for Red Hawk's services and materials remains unpaid.
Red Hawk is seeking damages in the amount of $66,082.84, attorney’s fees and court costs. It is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Amanda Sanders.
