Inspectors see no problems whatsoever at Whatever Sports Bar

County inspectors recently gave a sports bar in the Cy-Fair area a perfect score on its regular food safety examination.

The Whatever Sports Bar, 11902 Jones Road, received its regular visit from county officials on March 3. According to their report, the restaurant received zero demerits out of a possible 100, meaning that inspectors observed no significant problems.

The zero demerits score is an improvement over the bar's previous inspection in September 2010. After that visit, county staff gave the bar three demerits for a problem with thermometers in its kitchen. An establishment must earn 20 demerits to be considered "of concern" and in need of a follow-up visit.
