Local Wendy's aces county food safety test
A Wendy's location in the Cy-Fair area recently passed its Harris County food safety inspection with flying colors.
Inspectors visited the fast food chain's 10953 FM 1960 W. location on March 3. They gave the restaurant zero demerits out of a possible 100 -- a perfect score.
This inspection is an improvement over the Wendy's location's previous scores. In November 2010 it received three demerits; in May 2010 its score was eight. An establishment must earn 20 demerits to be considered "of concern" and in need of a follow-up visit.
