HS girls softball: Cy-Fair crushes Cy Lakes
Cy-Fair slugged its way to a 10-2 win over Cy Lakes in District 17-5A high school girls softball action on Friday.
Pitcher Laura Driskill picked up the win for the Bobcats.
The win ups Cy-Fair to 16-8 overall and 11-0 in district play.
Cy-Fair will next visit Langham Creek on Tuesday at noon.
The loss drops Cy Lakes to 14-10 overall and 7-4 in district play.
Lauren Fairman took the loss for the Spartans.
Cy Lakes will next visit Cy Ridge on Tuesday at noon.
