HS girls softball: Cy Creek tops Cy Falls
Cy Creek had a big fifth inning to defeat Cy Falls by a score of 6-4 in District 17-5A high school girls softball action on Friday.
Pitcher Baile Anderson struck out six batters on her way to recording the win for the Cougars.
The win ups Cy Creek to 7-9 overall and 6-5 in district play.
Cy Creek will next host Cy Woods on Tuesday at noon.
The loss drops Cy Falls to 1-16 overall and 1-9 in district play.
Cy Falls will next visit Cy Springs on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
