HS baseball: Cy Creek defeats Cy-Fair
Cy Creek defeated Cy-Fair in District 17-5A baseball action Friday.
The Cougars, 11-7-0 overall and 5-2-0 in district play, won the game, 4-2.
Pitcher Craig Carlson struck out three Bobcats to earn the win for Cy Creek, who will host Cy Falls on Saturday at 2 p.m.
Friday’s loss drops Cy-Fair to 12-5-0 on the season and 8-1-0 in district play.
Garrett Machacek struck out one Cougar in taking the loss for the Bobcats, who will host Jersey Village on Saturday at 2 p.m.
