HS baseball: Cy Springs defeats Cy Ridge
Cy Springs defeated Cy Ridge in District 17-5A baseball action Friday.
The Panthers, 1-16-0 overall and 1-10-0 in district play, won the game, 6-3.
Brenden Twomey struck out five Rams in earning the win for Cy Springs who will visit Cy Woods on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Friday’s loss drops the Rams to 2-21-1 on the season and 2-9-0 in district play.
Colby Bryant struck out six panthers in taking the loss for Cy Ridge, who will visit Cy Lakes on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
