HS girls softball: Cy Ridge defeats Cy Falls
In an offensive showcase, Cy Ridge topped Cy Falls by a score of 13-11 in District 17-5A high school girls softball action on Friday.
“It was one of the craziest games I’ve ever coached,” said Cy-Falls Head Coach John Hughes. “The lead kept changing and with such a high-scoring game, it was exciting and entertaining.”
Dominique Del Signore picked up the win for the Rams.
The win ups Cy Ridge to 3-15 overall and 1-12 in district play.
Cy Ridge will next visit Jersey Village on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
The loss drops Cy Falls to 2-17 overall and 2-10 in district play.
Pitcher Christina Vasquez took the loss for the Eagles.
