Cy-Fair HS grad Trevor Clifton goes off in sweep
A local high school graduate helped Tyler Junior College sweep Brookhaven, 13-3 and 9-1, in baseball action on Monday.
Cy-Fair High School graduate Trevor Clifton went 3-for-4 with a double, scoring three runs in the game one victory.
In game two, Clifton, a freshman catcher, was 3-for-5 at the plate.
On the season, Clifton is hitting .298 with 28 hits and 11 RBIs.
