Langham Creek grad Nikki Chandler sparks Oregon State
Langham Creek High School graduate Nikki Chandler helped the Oregon State softball team defeat the Santa Clara Broncos by a score of 4-3 on Thursday.
Chandler went 2-for-2 and scored a run in the win.
Chandler, a junior shortstop, is batting .304, which is third best on the team.
At Langham Creek High School, Chandler lettered four seasons in softball as shortstop for Head Coach Michele Biffle. She earned All-District honors each year, and was named district Most Valuable Player in her senior season.
Nikki is the daughter of Ronald and Priscilla Chandler and is majoring in exercise and sport science.
