HS baseball: Cy Creek defeats Cy Ridge
Cy Creek defeated Cy Ridge in District 17-5A baseball action Friday.
The Cougars, 17-7-0 on the season and 11-2-0 in district play, won the game, 12-2.
Jordan Lee hit a home run in the victory. Craig Carlson struck out two batters to earn the win.
Cy Creek will host Cy Springs on Saturday at 2 p.m.
Friday’s loss drops Cy Ridge to 1-24-1 overall and 1-12-0 in district games.
Victor Delgado homered for the Rams and struck out three Cougars in taking the loss.
Cy Ridge will visit Cy-Fair on Saturday at 2 p.m.
