Woman accused of DWI in fatal Houston wreck

A woman has been accused of in the death of another woman in a suspected drunk-driving wreck on Interstate 45 last weekend.
Marisa Kristine Whitenton, 31, is charged with intoxication manslaughter in the fatal crash that killed Anna Gardner, 54, of Cypress, police said.
Whitenton is being held at the Harris County jail in lieu of a $30,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.
The two-car crash occurred in the 10400 block of the North Freeway about 6:30 p.m. Sunday, police said.
