HS girls softball: Cy-Fair overpowers Cy Springs
Cy-Fair slugged its way to a 12-1 win over Cy Springs in District 17-5A high school girls softball action on Thursday.
Laura Driskill picked up the win for the Bobcats.
Cy-Fair finishes its season on a winning note, upping its record to 22-8 overall and 17-0 in district play.
Jodie Ekster and Paige Murray both registered two RBIs in the victory.
The loss ends Cy Springs's regular season at 3-18 overall and 3-13 in district play.
