Cy-Fair man charged with third DWI
A Cy-Fair man with two previous convictions of driving while intoxicated was arrested again Friday on the same charge, according to a criminal complaint filed Saturday in Harris County District Court.
Gerson Flores, 30, of 7031 Woodfern Drive, is charged with a felony count of DWI. The complaint does not specify where the alleged incident took place.
He is being held on a $20,000 bond at the Harris County Jail, 701 N. San Jacinto St. His court date is scheduled for Wednesday.
Flores was convicted of DWI in Harris County in May 2005 and September 2009. He also has a felony conviction of assaulting a family member in September 2009.
