KHOU: Argument leads to shooting in Cy-Fair

Investigators say a Cy-Fair man was shot after arguing with a friend and neighbor, Houston CBS affiliate KHOU reports:
 

Deputies responded to a shooting call at the Peppermill Place apartments located in the 8200 block of Sunbury at East Commons around 1:30 a.m.

Deputies said the victims upstairs neighbor, a man in his 20s, was visiting and drinking with the man when some sort of argument occurred. Deputies said one of the men pulled out a gun, which went off as the two struggled over the weapon.
