Final Twist writers group plans monthly meeting

The Final Twist Writers Society will hold its next meeting on Saturday, May 7, at 10 a.m. at the Backyard Grill.

The Final Twist Writers Society will hold its next meeting on Saturday, May 7, at 10 a.m. at the Backyard Grill.

The speaker will be Dr. Tom Carter from the Jung Center, who will discuss Jungian psychology. He will also introduce the idea of archetypes and how they are used in his field. Dr. Carter and the writers will also discuss archetypes as they are used in creating and developing in-depth fictional characters.

The group, which formed in 2002, meets at 10 a.m. on the first Saturday of the month, except in December. Guests of members and the general public are welcome.

The Backyard Grill is located at 9453 Jones Road.
