Cy-Fair business sued over goods and services
A Cy-Fair business is being sued by a machine services company over goods and services provided.
Maldonado Precision Machine Shop filed a lawsuit on April 28 in Harris County District Court against Carlos Vega and Veronica Flores, of Cy-Fair, doing business as JDC Machining Solutions, alleging breach of contract.
The plaintiff says that Vega and Flores contracted to buy machine services and equipment from Maldonado Precision Machine Shop. According to the brief, the defendants breached this contract by failing to pay all sums for the goods and services provided.
Maldonado Precision Machine Shop is seeking actual damages, attorney’s fees and court costs. It is being represented in the case by Houston attorney John Loyd.
