Cy-Fair resident accused of failing to honor contract
A Cy-Fair resident is being sued over claims he refuses to pay more than $300,000 for shares in a company as contracted.
Andy Vu filed a lawsuit on May 2 in Harris County District Court against Cy-Fair resident Tan Nguyen, alleging Vu says that on March 30, 2011, he agreed to sell Nguyen his shares in T & A Precision Machine Inc. for $330,000. According to the brief, Nguyen has breached this contract by refusing to pay $330,000 for the shares, as agreed.
Vu is seeking all damages to which he is entitled, attorney’s fees and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Houston attorney David Tang.
