Cy-Fair neighbors sued over alleged dog attack
A Harris County resident is suing after, he says, he and his small dog were brutally attacked by an abnormally vicious dog in Cy-Fair.
Guillermo Osorno filed a lawsuit on May 4 in the Harris County District Court against Danilo Mores, Corazon Mores and Roland Fore, alleging negligence, gross negligence and negligence per se.
Osorno says that on Nov. 6, 2010, he and his dog sustained serious injuries when Fore’s large and ferocious dog attacked them as they were walking through the Rustling Winds neighborhood in Cy-Fair. According to the brief, the defendants knew that Fore’s dog had a history of viciousness, yet they allowed the dog to freely roam the neighborhood unrestrained.
Osorno is seeking all damages to which he is entitled, as well as attorney’s fees and court costs. He is being represented in the case by The Woodlands attorney Kelly Kelly.
