HS baseball playoffs: Jersey Village defeats Hastings
Jersey Village defeated Hastings in game one of their Class 5A Bidistrict playoff series Thursday.
The Falcons, 15-10-0 overall and 11-6-0 in district play, won the game, 17-6.
Kyle Survance hit two home runs in the victory for Jersey Village.
Angel Maldonado homered for Hastings in the loss.
Game two of their playoff series starts tonight at 7 p.m.
