Cy Creek grad completes Naval nuclear power training
Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Neal E. O'Connor recently completed the Naval Nuclear Power Training Pipeline.
O'Connor, a 2008 graduate of Cy Creek High School, received instruction about nuclear theory, chemistry, physics, reactor operations, safety and security. Upon completion of the course, O'Connor qualified as a Naval nuclear operator.
O'Connor, who joined the Navy in April 2009, is the son of Julie Reiland of Houston.
