Cypress man charged with third DWI
A Cypress man with two previous convictions of driving while intoxicated was arrested again Tuesday on the same charge, according to a criminal complaint filed Wednesday in Harris County District Court.
Jeffrey Milton Garrett, 40, of 18646 Mosshill Estates Lane, is charged with a felony count of DWI. The complaint does not specify where the alleged incident took place.
He has been released from jail on a $10,000 bond, according to online court records.
Garrett was convicted of DWI in Harris County in February 2008 and in Travis County in November 1993.
