Cy-Fair company sues over concrete work
A construction company is suing after, it says, it was not paid work performed in Cy-Fair.
Hi-Land Construction Inc. filed a lawsuit on May 11 in the Harris County District Court against Compressor Products of Houston, alleging breach of contract.
Hi-Land Construction says that Compressor Products hired it to repair concrete and asphalt at its Cy-Fair location, 10029 Alfred Lane. According to the brief, Compressor Products of Houston breached their contract by failing to pay for goods and services as agreed.
Hi-Land Construction is seeking actual damages, attorney’s fees and court costs. It is being represented in the case by Houston attorney John Loyd.
