Cy-Fair woman charged with third DWI
A Cy-Fair woman with two previous convictions of driving while intoxicated was arrested again Sunday on the same charge, according to a criminal complaint filed in Harris County District Court.
Lillian Coultress Abtahi, 45, of 10810 Aly Trace Court, is charged with a felony count of DWI. The complaint does not specify where the alleged incident took place. She was also arrested at the same time on a felony charge of assaulting a public servant.
Abtahi has been released from jail on a $15,000 bond, according to online court records.
She was convicted of DWI in Harris County in June 1994 and February 2008.
