Son of area woman completes Air Force basic training
Air Force Airman Clint J. Grisham recently graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio.
Grisham, a 2010 graduate of Lumberton High School, completed an intensive eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate degree in applied science through the Community College of the Air Force.
Grisham is the son of Robert Grisham of Leatherwood Drive in Lumberton and Nancy Lawson of Cossey Road in Houston.
