Cy-Fair company sued over outstanding invoices
A Cy-Fair company is being sued over claims it failed to pay for materials purchased from a Texas construction company.
Cemex Construction Materials filed a lawsuit on June 27 in Harris County District Court against Cy-Fair’s Icon Concrete Construction and Sean Whitehead, alleging breach of contract.
The suit alleges that Icon Concrete breached a contract by failing to pay Cemex Construction $41,069.03 for purchased materials.
Cemex is seeking damages, attorney’s fees and court costs. It is being represented in the case by League City attorney Richard Fulton.
