KHOU: Cops not sure why suspect started Cy-Fair chase
Police aren't sure what reason a man had for leading them on a car chase early Thursday, Houston CBS affiliate KHOU reports:
An HPD unit spotted a black Infiniti, without any headlights on, pulling out of a gas station on West Little York at the North Freeway around 1:30 a.m. The officer tried to stop the driver to remind him to turn on the lights, when the driver sped off north to Aldine Mail Road, then hopped onto the Eastex Freeway.
A Harris County Sheriff's deputy located the suspects abandoned car behind a shopping center, then another deputy spotted the suspect running under the freeway near the feeder road and Little York. The suspect was then taken into custody.
