Houston's Center Stage to present 'The Wiz'
Center Stage Theater’s Production of “The Wiz” will run from Friday, July 15, through Sunday, July 24. “The Wiz” is an African-American re-telling of “The Wizard of Oz” and tells the story of Dorothy as she encounters a scarecrow with no brains, a tin man with no heart and a lion without courage.
