Free business seminars offered at Lone Star College-CyFair
Lone Star College-CyFair offers free Business Success Seminars this summer.
Seminars are held Wednesdays from 7:45 to 8:45 a.m. in the library, room 131, on the Barker Cypress campus at 9191 Barker Cypress.
Ronald Earl Wilsher, from Branding for Humans, presents "Trick or Tweet?" on July 13, which gives a focused look at Twitter to show how it can be part of a business marketing plan.
On Wednesday, July 20, the program will be "Time Flies When You're Having Fun." Melissa Rotholz, director of the Teaching and Learning Center, gives time-management tips to make each day productive and organized.
The Wednesday, July 27, topic is "Web Tools and Apps." Maximize productivity with free or low-cost online and/or mobile tools for online file storage, real-time chat with customers, virtual meetings, and task/list tools with librarians Dorrie Scott and Monica Norem.
