Cy-Fair man charged with third DWI
A Cypress-Fairbanks man with two previous convictions of driving while intoxicated was arrested again Sunday on the same charge, according to a criminal complaint filed in Harris County District Court.
Leonides Najera Barrera, 47, of 13503 Harpers Bridge Drive, is charged with a felony count of DWI. The complaint does not specify where the alleged incident took place.
He has been released from jail on a $10,000 bond, according to online court records.
Barrera was convicted of DWI in Harris County in November 2008 and in Colorado County in February 2009.
