Cypress man charged with third DWI

A Cypress man with two previous convictions of driving while intoxicated was arrested again Saturday on the same charge, according to a criminal complaint filed Sunday in Harris County District Court.

Russell Steve Paylor, 48, of 14234 Bateau Drive, is charged with a felony count of DWI. The complaint does not specify where the alleged incident took place.

He is being held on a $10,000 bond at the Harris County Jail, 701 N. San Jacinto St., according to online court records. His court date is scheduled for Tuesday.

Paylor was convicted of DWI in Harris County in January 2010 and June 2011.
