Trade canned food for brisket Friday in Cy-Fair
Rudy’s’ Country Store and Bar-B-Q will be holding a food drive for the Houston Food Bank on Friday, July 8.
From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., people can bring any number of canned foods and get a quarter-pound brisket, with a limit of one per guest.
PBS “Daytripper” host Chet Garner will be on location to meet, greet and collect the cans. Guests will have a chance to win gift items and additional prizes from Rudy’s and “Daytripper.”
Rudy’s Country Store and Bar-B-Q is located at 14620 Northwest Freeway.
