Playhouse raffle in Cy-Fair to benefit Habitat for Humanity

The giveaway is a playhouse version of Eagle Rock Homes’ two-story garage "man cave."

The Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce is selling raffle tickets for the chance to win a playhouse, designed and built by Eagle Rock Homes, benefitting Habitat for Humanity Northwest Harris County.

“Raising funds in the summer is always a challenge for non-profit organizations so giving a portion of the proceeds to Habitat NWHC seemed a natural fit,” said Cy-Fair Houston Chamber President Mary Evans in the press release. “It is our hope the playhouse fundraiser will be something the community can get involved with and help raise funds at the same time.”

The giveaway is a playhouse version of Eagle Rock Homes’ two-story garage “man cave,” featuring a roll up garage door, three-screened working glass windows, and an upper loft. The winner will also be given a $100 gift certificate to Toys 'R' Us.

Raffle tickets are on sale Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m., from now until July 31, at the H-E-B Cypress Market. Tickets cost $5 each or five for $20. The winner will be announced on Aug. 1.
