Cypress man charged with DWI with child passenger
A Cypress man was arrested Sunday on a felony charge of driving while intoxicated with a passenger younger than 15, according to a criminal complaint filed in Harris County District Court.
Robert William Garant, 43, of 11243 Lawton Ridge Drive, has been released from jail on a $2,000 bond, according to online court records. The complaint does not specify where the alleged offense took place.
