The North Harris County (NHC) Branch of the American Association of University Women will hold its annual membership brunch on Saturday, Aug. 6.
Members and potential members are invited to attend. Anyone with a two-year degree or more is eligible for membership.

The NHC Branch began in 1973 and was chartered in 1974. The approximately 135 members work for equity for women and girls, lifelong education and positive societal change through a variety of avenues, which include a slate of monthly programs, study groups, community outreach projects, the association's Educational Foundation, local grant allocations, its annual Holiday Home Tour and coalitions with other organizations to pursue common goals.
