Free spay and neuter clinics, pet vaccinations
SNAP will provide free spaying, neutering, vaccinations and city licenses to qualified pet owners through the rest of July.
To qualify, pet owners must qualify for food stamps, TANF, Medicaid, Harris County Hospital District Gold Card, SSI/SSD, free school lunches, major VA Disability or Section 8 housing.
Anyone interested is advised to arrive at 6 a.m. to be entered in to a lottery by SNAP members. The lottery will determine place in line. SNAP will be at the following locations:
July 18: Harris Co. Vet. PubHealth, 6400 Bissonnet & Hillcorft.
July 20: Walmart, 13750 I-10 E. Freeport Exit.
July 21: Food Fair, 6470 W. Little York & Bingle.
July 22: PetSmart, 104 FM 1960 & I-45.
July 26: Office Depot, 1072 Eastex Freeway & Little York.
July 27: PetCo, 210 E. FM 1060 Humble.
July 28: Sam Houston Race Track, Entranc 4 on Fallbrook.
July 29: Magnolia Multi Service Center, 7037 Capitol.
